Kathmandu, October 29, 2026 — Gold prices increased slightly in Nepal’s domestic market today, while silver prices declined, according to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association.
The price of hallmark gold rose by Rs 300 per tola to Rs 283,500. On Wednesday, gold was traded at Rs 283,200 per tola.
In contrast, silver prices dropped by Rs 50 per tola to Rs 3,930. Silver was priced at Rs 3,980 per tola on Wednesday.
Gold prices in Nepal fell by Rs 2,200 per tola to Rs 292,200 on Tuesday, while silver prices declined by Rs 60 to Rs 4,355, according to the dealers’ association.
