Kathmandu, October 13, 2026 — Gold and silver prices declined in Nepal’s domestic market on Tuesday, according to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association.
Gold prices fell by Rs 2,200 per tola to Rs 292,200. Gold was traded at Rs 294,400 per tola on Monday.
Similarly, silver prices dropped by Rs 60 per tola to Rs 4,355 on Tuesday, down from Rs 4,415 per tola on Monday.
Nepal Telecommunications Authority fined 14 internet service providers Rs 50,000 each for violating approved package and tariff rules, and ordered them to suspend unapproved plans and compensate affected customers.
