Kathmandu, October 25, 2026 — Nepal’s Hora Esports topped the standings on the first day of the PUBG Mobile Global Open (PMGO) final, collecting 57 points from six matches, including one Chicken Dinner.
The final day is scheduled for Sunday, with six more matches planned and a seventh possible if required. Hora’s first-day lead has strengthened its chances of winning the title.
With Hora reaching 57 points, the Smash Rule threshold has risen to 67 points. Under the rule, once a team crosses the 67-point threshold, it will win the tournament by securing a Chicken Dinner in any subsequent match. The competition will end as soon as a team meets both conditions.
Hora could put itself in contention to trigger the rule by earning at least 10 points in the first match on Sunday, taking its total to 67. It would then have the opportunity to claim the title by winning a Chicken Dinner in a later match.
Because the title will go to the team that wins a Chicken Dinner after crossing the threshold, the final day’s matches will be decisive.
