Rasuwa, October 13, 2026 — CPN-UML senior leader and former President Bidya Devi Bhandari visited Betrabati to inspect areas affected by flooding and a Bailey bridge built over the Phalakhhu River.
Bhandari observed the flood-affected areas as well as the Bailey bridge constructed over the Phalakhhu River, where a flood on August 26 washed away the previous bridge.
The Bailey bridge has been brought into operation by the Department of Roads and the Nepali Army, according to the information provided.
