Janakpur, October 11, 2026 — An Armed Police Force constable has come under investigation over allegations that he appeared in TikTok and Reels videos with Mohammad Irsad Khan, the suspect in a fatal stabbing in Janakpur, in content allegedly promoting violence and displaying abusive behavior.
Rishi Mandal, an Armed Police Force constable, is being investigated over videos he reportedly made with Irsad several months ago.
