A two-year-old girl, the daughter of Mohammad Irfa of Traffic Chok in Shambhunath Municipality-3, has been found dead. She had been missing since this morning. Family members immediately approached the police after learning of her disappearance. According to the family, the child was playing at home in the morning. After she went missing, a search was launched and her body was discovered in a thicket about 60 metres behind the house.

The government has expressed serious concern over the murder of three-year-old Garima Chaudhary of Dasdhuri in Jitpur Simara Sub-Metropolitan City-1, Bara, and over violence against women and children.
