Kathmandu, September 28, 2026 — The Infrastructure Development Committee of the House of Representatives is scheduled to meet Monday to discuss measures to make passenger travel safer, smoother and more organized during the upcoming Dashain, Tihar and Chhath festivals.
The meeting is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. at the committee’s office in Singha Durbar.
According to the committee, the main agenda is to discuss challenges related to passenger movement during the festival season and measures to ensure public convenience and safety.
The meeting will also discuss miscellaneous matters under its second agenda.
