Selena Gomez, her mother Mandy Teefey and their mental health startup Wondermind are facing a federal lawsuit from investors who allege they were misled into putting nearly $1.2 million into the company. The lawsuit, filed Thursday in federal court in Delaware, also names Wondermind co-founder Daniella Pierson as a defendant. The investors, Wondermind SRS 44 LLC and Bespoke Wondermind LLC, allege that the founders made false or misleading representations about the startup’s leadership, resources, business prospects and plans when they invested in 2022.
