Kathmandu, September 8, 2026 — The Nepali Congress has contributed Rs 10 million to the Prime Minister Relief Fund to support people affected by the devastating Bhote Koshi flood in Rasuwa.
The financial assistance was handed over during a program held at the Ministry of Finance in Kathmandu on Monday.
Nepali Congress General Secretary Pradip Paudel presented a cheque for Rs 10 million to Finance Minister Swarnim Wagle on behalf of the party.
Party Treasurer Umesh Shrestha and other Nepali Congress leaders were also present as the party formally provided the assistance for flood relief efforts.
The contribution is intended to support relief and assistance for communities affected by the Bhote Koshi flood in Rasuwa.
